Between 19 and 22 January 2010, the biggest trade show in Middle-Eastern Europe – BUDMA took place in Poznan. 1350 companies presented their offer on the surface of the 60 000 sq. m. The event was attended by 55 000 people.

FAKRO could not miss such an important event. On the total surface of 280 sq. m, the company presented its newest products, that is:
FAKRO presented its new products at BUDMA trade show for the first time in Poland. The most popular ones were balcony window FGH-V and new FTT Thermo window which mounted with EHV-AT flashing achieves a whole window U-value of 0.68* W/m2K.

Balcony window met with such a great interest that many visitors stopped and took photos of it. Much interest was also paid to touch panels used to control windows and electrical accessories – Z WAVE.
Like a year ago, performances concerning the security of FAKRO roof windows were conducted. Member of the service was jumping on special construction consisting of 2 roof windows in order to show the great endurance of them.
Within 4 days FAKRO stand was visited by a total amount of about 4 000 visitors.
Participation in BUDMA trade show is not only concerned on the stand presenting the offer. In addition, the FAKRO company promote its brand and products in events directly related to the trade show.
Several investors were involved in constructing th model house on the BUDSHOW event which this year's motto was "Sustainable House". FAKRO company provided 3 FTP-V Electro windows with EFW flashing for flat roof system.
Another event where FAKRO products were present was the Roof Art Exhibition organized by Polish Federation for the Roofing Trade. A few frame constructions showing the proper assembly of FAKRO roof windows were presented.
Another project, in which FAKRO company took part was the ARCHISPACE – that is performances showing the process of architectural designing with the use of digital model catalogue of construction products.
